ABOUT PEOPLE'S PENSION TRUST
People’s Pension Trust is a licensed Corporate Trustee under the Company Code of Ghana 1963 (Act 179). We offer innovative, flexible and digitally-driven pension products to ensure retirement income security for the Ghanaian worker.
We maintain a specific focus on the informal sector; which despite making up over 85% of the labour force in Ghana, had no access to retirement services until the 2008 pension reform.
Focused on providing retirement income security for all, People’s Pension works closely with some of the best pension insurers and administrators in the Ghanaian pension space to develop solutions that deliver value to our clients. Our vision is to be recognized as the organisation which successfully reduced old age poverty in Ghana.

PPT aims to be recognized as the organisation that successfully reduces old-age poverty by offering flexible and high-quality pension products for both formal and informal sector workers in Ghana and regionally
